Emergency judges will be available for an entire day, and can accept up to 7 ballots during that day. Tournament schedules requiring judges to judge more than 7 rounds a day should place an invoice request instead so a special rate can be offered for the judge.

Orders for multiple days or multiple judges should be placed for the total number of judge days required, with the specific requirements detailed in the order form.

Most judge orders are filled within 3 to 5 business days, if you need the judge order filled in less time then this is the right service for you. Once your order is placed our staff will bump you to the top of our order queue and work extra hours if necessary. Online emergency judges can be found within an hour or two if really necessary, though more time is always appreciate to ensure we can find the most qualified and reliable judges possible.
